What works well when bringing young people’s voices into research, service design and policy? What ensures young people’s voices guide decision making? And what can we learn from them? We will present our learnings and takeaways from setting up, organising and delivering Starlight’s first Youth Panel. Now onto our second year, we will talk through our participation strategy and how we work with young people, highlighting some of the successes and challenges along the way. We’ll also be joined by one of Starlight’s Youth Panellists to hear directly about their experience of this work.
